Quely participates in Gastrotast
Javier Soriano is representing us, at Jardines de Alfabia, with a wholemeal Quely Tapa of salmon burger with quinoa and tender spinach.
Javier Soriano was one of the seven renowned chefs from Mallorca who presented their dishes at the Jardines de Alfabia.
The initiative consisted of carrying out a series of short cooking classes, lasting for about 15 minutes, of a dish chosen by each of the chefs.
Lluís Cardell prepared black olive grissini; Gabriel Perelló surprised us with crunchy sweets of Mallorcan sobrasada paté and honey; Sebastià Esteva prepared a homemade top-fermenting beer; Antoni Pinya, a sauté of wild mushrooms with Quely biscuits; Pedro Riera cooked a blancmange with jelly of Sóller oranges; Francesc Jordà, prepared a sushi; and Javier Soriano cooked a wholemeal Quely Tapa of salmon burger with quinoa and tender spinach.
Those present enjoyed a lovely evening, in the idyllic location of the Jardines de Alfabia, while they tasted the delicious proposals from these well known Mallorcan chefs.
