Showcookings in the chain of Navarro supermarkets in Miami

Javier Soriano travelled to Miami to offer a series of Showcookings in the chain of Navarro supermarkets from January 19 to the 22.

After participating in the Fancy Food fair and taking advantage of his stay in the United States, Javier Soriano travelled to Miami to offer a series of Showcookings in the chain of Navarro supermarkets from January 19 to the 22. Currently, American consumers can find Quely products in these stores.

Given the nature of this chain of supermarkets and their geographical location, Javier's Tapas acquired a more Caribbean touch. The ingredients employed for the occasion were preserves and guava jelly, banana chips, "dulce de leche" (caramel cream made of milk) and Cuban smooth cheese. He likewise used other more habitual ingredients: cheddar cheese, cream cheese, canned tuna, pickled sardines, octopus stew, squids in their own ink, sea mussels, palm hearts, chocolate cream and peanut butter.

As opposed to the Showcookings that we offered in the aforementioned fair, the product tastings in Navarro were directed towards the general public and not towards professionals of the food sector. The contact with the people that approached the stand was a lot more personal, and the relaxed environment encouraged more spontaneous responses. In general, we can say that, again the Tapas combined with Quely products had enormous success among those in attendance, while the good acceptance and reception of our crackers everywhere in the world never ceases to amaze us.
