Participation of Quely in GULFOOD, Dubai

Gulfood, the International Food Fair of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, held from 27th February to 2nd March, counted with the participation of Quely.

Gulfood, the International Food Fair of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, held from 27th February to 2nd March, counted with the participation of Quely.

This annual fair, which has been held since 1987, is the most important in the Middle East. It reunited nearly 3,800 exhibitors from 152 different countries, distributed among 81 international pavilions, and received visits from over 62,000 people. Also, the presence of high-ranking officials in politics emphasises the importance and scope that Gulfood has. Spanish participation was very important, with 140 food companies from different regions, although Quely was the only representative of the Balearic Islands.

Due to the fact that our products have already been marketed in the region, our participation in Gulfood served to reinforce our presence and extend it to other surrounding countries. Quely was not completely unknown for many people that came to our stand, as they remembered the promotion carried out in Doha.

Our biscuits awakened the curiosity of the fair visitors due to the enormous interest in healthy foods and the growing concern for eating habits in the Arab countries. In this aspect, Quely products fulfil the needs required by our customers in the area.

Our participation in Gulfood was very positive and allowed us to build close ties with new customers.
