For the skewers
Peel the oranges, separate the segments and cut them in half.
Cut the strawberries into quarters.
Thread the skewers with alternating pieces of strawberry, orange and peppermint leaves. Set aside.
For the strawberry sauce
Blend the strawberries together with the sugar. Strain.
For the Quely María biscuit mousse
Mix the cottage cheese and the whipped cream together with the sugar and the Quely María biscuit crumbs. Set aside.
Assembly of the dessert
Put the Quely María biscuit mousse in a piping bag and with this decorate the plate by piping lines on it.
Place the fruit skewers across them.
Drizzle a little strawberry sauce over these and top it all off with a few peppermint leaves.
