Dijous Bo 2015

Our Spicy Tapas were well received.

As we do every year at Quely, in September we already started planning the "Dijous Bo" fair. We calculated what day it would fall on, starting from the day of Sant Lluc, so there is no mistaking it, and we saw that this year it would be 19 November. Just like last year we decorated the stand with our beloved Quelita, and this year we had to give it a different look and we wanted to connect it to the launching of the new product. At the fair we presented our Spicy Tapas, a flavour demanded by our consumers, so the entire stand was lined with photos of Tapas put on top of our biscuits. Our Spicy Tapas were well received. We had comments of all kinds, people who found the product to be a little spicy, whereas others said the opposite, that it was too spicy. It's a smooth product with a touch of spiciness to accentuate the ingredients that go with the Tapa, such as cheese or sobrassada. At the fair we enjoyed having everyone who came to our stand to buy our products. It is a great fair because we get to be in contact with our customers and furthermore we get their comments and concerns about our products, which as a company enriches us a lot. I want to take this time to say that the winner of our batch is Cati, from Inca. We are sure you'll enjoy it!!!
