Chocolate Truffles breaded with Quely María biscuits



For the truffles

Bring the cream to the boil, remove from the heat and add the chocolate.

Mix thoroughly, pour into a bowl and let the mixture cool for about 4 hours.

When cool, shape into round balls, coat in Quely María biscuit crumbs and set aside.

Assembly of the dessert

Arrange the truffles alternately with slices of strawberries on the plate and decorate with sprigs of peppermint.

  • 400 ml. cream

  • 4 strawberries
  • 200 g. crumbled Quely María biscuits

For the decoration

  • Sprigs of peppermint
