We received a pleasant surprise when we were informed by the Mallorca Tourist Board that they had decided to award us the Golden Plaque for Promotion of Tourism in Mallorca.

We received a pleasant surprise when we were informed by the Mallorca Tourist Board that they had decided to award us the Golden Plaque for Promotion of Tourism in Mallorca.

It is great to be recognised for our efforts to take Mallorca everywhere and make our Quelitas, and their Mallorcan roots, known all over the world.

We would like to share this prize with Mallorcans everywhere: those who live on the island and those who travel or live outside the Balearic Islands... all of whom carry a piece of their land deep inside them and showcase the beauty of its landscapes, its exquisite cuisine, customs and culture and the friendliness of its people.

For all of these reasons, Quely felt honoured to be awarded this prize on behalf of all those individuals who do their bit to leave an imprint of Mallorca wherever they go.
