SIAL Paris

As announced by our 'Quelitas' on facebook, Tomeu Quely took them to visit Paris, the city of lights, specifically to the SIAL trade show.

As announced by our 'Quelitas' on facebook, Tomeu Quely took them to visit Paris, the city of lights, specifically to the SIAL trade show.

The whole trip was a success, the public was delighted with our products, which were perfectly combined at all times with cheeses and traditional French ingredients; although the Mallorcan touch that our chef Javier Soriano adds so well was never missing.

For curiosity's sake I will tell you that the ingredients used included: foie gras mousse, country terrine, Roquefort cheese, goat's cheese, chocolate mousse, lumpfish roe, chives...

It was great to see how people stopped to watch how we assembled the "tapas", and they asked how they could recreate them at home. We can honestly say that we won over all those who stopped by; a true reward for all our work.

Thanks to the trade show and the variety of the people who visited it, Quely will shortly be able to export to countries as diverse as Australia, Russia...
