Eager to establish itself in the oriental markets Quely was present at "Food Asia 2010" which took place in Singapore.
Eager to establish itself in the oriental markets Quely was present at “Food Asia 2010” which took place in Singapore. There, our chef Javier Soriano prepared a series of tapas accompanied/elaborated with Quely products.
We wanted everyone to try and see how easy it is to prepare some starters using our products as well as combining local food with Quely products which highlighted even more their oriental flavour.
Throughout the whole fair the visitors did not cease to indulge themselves with the products from our stand, the acceptance was spectacular. People kept on coming to ask for information about our products, commenting how well they blended with the ingredients chosen for each of the dishes they had the chance to try.
One of the ingredients chosen to prepare the tapas was “spicy crab”, very popular amongst the local population.
